What is it?
The AgilePM certification aims to address the needs of those working in a project-focused environment who want to be agile. Based on the proven fundamentals within DSDM Agile Project Management Framework, the certification provides the ability to deliver agile projects in organizations requiring standards, rigor and visibility around Project Management, while at the same time enabling the fast pace, change and empowerment provided by AgilePM.
The course will explain how an Agile project is managed, and how the foundations for successful Agile projects are laid. The difference between the agile projects and traditional projects will be defined as well as providing background on how to integrate the agile framework with the established project management systems of the organization.
This course offers everything you need to learn about AgilePM and prepares you for the AgilePM Foundation exam.

What does it take to get certified?
After completing the course you can use the included exam voucher to book your exam. The exam will be online, at place and time of your choice.
To obtain the AgilePM® Foundation certificate, attendees must pass a 60-question, 60-minute, multiple-choice exam. The passing score is 50% or 30 out of 60 questions must be correct.
