What is it?

PMP is PMI's standard of project management certification. Recognized and demanded by organizations worldwide, the PMP validates your competence to perform in the role of a project manager, leading and directing projects and teams.

CAPM demonstrates your understanding of the fundamental knowledge, terminology and processes of effective project management.

Even if “project manager” isn’t part of your title, PMP and CAPM apply to anyone who helps bring a project to completion.

Why take it?

Project Management Professional (PMP®) delivers value far into your career. CIO magazine ranked the PMP as the top project management certification because it proves you have the specific skills and experience employers seek. Certified PMPs report earning up to 25% more than non-certified project management professionals.

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) is an asset that will distinguish you in the job market and enhance your credibility and effectiveness working on — or with — project teams.

Who should attend?

If you’d like to manage larger projects and gain more responsibility or add project management skills into your current role, then the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is right for you.
