The Professional Scrum Master course is a 2-day course that covers the principles and (empirical) process theory underpinning the mechanics, rules and roles of the Scrum framework. Advanced tools for servant-leadership are provided to increase a Scrum Master’s effectiveness. These tools relate to behavioral shifts, working with people and teams, coaching and facilitation techniques, and addressing the organization.
Students learn through instruction and team-based exercises, and are challenged to think in terms of the Scrum principles to better understand what to do when returning to the workplace.

Are there any prerequisites?
There are no prerequisites for this PSM certification course. It would be beneficial if you have attended previous agile training / scrum training such as Professional Scrum Foundation.
What courseware is provided?
For this scrum training, each attendee is provided with a printable digital version of the course materials slides and other reference documentation (eg. The Scrum Guide).
What does it take to get certified?
Participants who complete the two-day course will be required to take an online, 80-question, 60-minute, multiple choice, multiple Answer and true/false exam. To pass, 85% should be obtained. The scrum master certification exam is included in the course fee.
Upon passing the assessment you will be certified as a Scrum Master. You will receive the official "PSM I" certification and the PSM I logo that you can use to identify your achievement. Your name will be posted publicly for colleagues, managers, and potential employers to see.
