What is VeriSM™?

VeriSM™ is a service management approach that helps service providers to create a flexible operating model to meet desired business outcomes. It describes how an organization can define its service management principles and then use organizational capabilities, emerging technologies and a combination of management practices to deliver value.

Where did VeriSM™ come from?

In 2017 a team of over 70 contributors and reviewers all over the globe, led by Chief Architect Claire Agutter and Lead Authors Suzanne van Hove, Randy Steinberg and Rob England, combined their expertise in writing VeriSMTM - A service management approach for the digital age.

The goal of the book is to develop a brand new approach for service management, starting from the organizational level, looking at the end-to-end view rather than focusing on a single department. Based around the VeriSM™ model, it shows organizations how they can adopt a range of management practices in a  exible way to deliver the right product or service at the right time to their users.

Who is VeriSM™ for?

All professionals and organizations involved in delivering value to customers through the development, delivery, operation and/or promotion of services.

What online resources are available for VeriSM™?
